Petra Real Estate is a dynamic and reputable real estate firm committed to excellence in service and innovative property solutions. We are expanding our Dubai branch and looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management, including handling calls, managing emails, and coordinating schedules.
• Organize meetings and travel arrangements, prepare agendas, and compile meeting minutes.
• Maintain and update files, records, and databases efficiently.
• Assist with document preparation, correspondence, and presentation materials for internal and external communications.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day activities.
• Manage office supplies and liaise with service providers to support office functions.
• Help prepare reports, manage appointment calendars, and oversee general office tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role; experience within real estate or a related industry will be an advantage.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management systems.
