We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Team Manager in daily operations and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent technological skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that the Manager is supported in the overall management and operations.
Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Maintain and schedule appointments and meetings using Google Calendar.
Document & File Organization: Utilize Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and file organization.
Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Office Management: Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Accounting Assistance: Use QuickBooks for basic tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Technology Proficiency: Navigate various software applications efficiently and adapt to new systems quickly.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in Google Suite is essential.
Strong clerical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in office management and customer service is preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks .
High level of computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant role is advantageous.
Miscellaneous errands example picking up marketing and buying event materials.
Knowledge of Wix, Square and Canva systems a plus
