Responsibilities
Kforce’s client, one of NYC’s leading real estate firms seeks an Administrative Assistant to work closely with the CFO. This is a critical role that offers very competitive compensation and benefits in a very professional work environment. Duties in this high-profile role:
Provide backup administrative support to Owner/CEO while providing primary administrative support to CFO
Handle calendar invitations, assist with email correspondence and telephone communications
Generate internal and external correspondence, maintain office files, handle travel arrangements/create itineraries, assist with front desk reception duties (e.g. greeting visitors, answering calls on switchboard, sorting, mail, ordering lunch, etc.)
Assist accounting staff as needed, coordinate facilities work for properties, including 3rd party providers for repairs maintenance, cleaning, capital improvements, etc.
Requirements
Degree preferred
5+ years of related administrative experience in an office environment (Real Estate industry a plus)
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, (Nexus A/P software a plus)
Accuracy in all aspects of job responsibilities
Able to handle and prioritize and follow up on multiple tasks
Able to maintain utmost confidentiality
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
