We are looking for an Administrative Assistant at our Preschool located in Makiki.

Job Description:

Organize records and files for students, personnel and school.
Receive telephone calls, take message and/or route calls.
Assist with operational tasks on campus.
Provide assistance to Head of School and Assistant Head of School.

Job Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience working in a licensed child care facility or educational setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other computer skills.
Ability to be flexible and multitask.
Ability to interact confidently, comfortably and professionally with all levels of staff, students, parents or the public.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday
Hours: Negotiable
