Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative Assistant to fill the role of Administrative and Personal Assistant. This position requires a candidate with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and edit presentations (mid-level proficiency required, advanced is a plus).
Job Responsibilities :
Administrative Support:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and Finance support.
Maintain organized filing systems and document management.
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics.
Provide personal support:
Support to executive.
Scheduling personal appointments and managing personal tasks.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Documentation:
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint:
Develop and maintain spreadsheets using Excel.
Create and edit presentations using PowerPoint.
Arabic Language is +
Advanced Level in is MS +
Financial Knowledge is + +
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Excel and PP mid-level.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle diverse tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
