Position Description
Advertised Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Assoc. Dean for Faculty Development and Scholarship, provide routine as well as very specialized administrative support to the law school faculty. Provides assistance to the ABA Real Property Trust and Estate Journal (Property Journal) including formatting and editing publication pages, communicating with authors, and coordinating student and professional editors’ work.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of clerical experience. Must have organizational skills. Duties must be performed efficiently and accurately.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Expertise in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to learn new processes, excellent organizational and communication skills,
Multitasking skills required.
