Responsible for performing duties such as clerical and administrative support

Receiving and greeting office visitors

Monitoring visitors and staff access to maintain the security of all

Organizing conference and meeting room bookings

Monitor and maintain office equipment

Able to answer with cordiality multiples calls to help clients or other providers with instructions, explain protocols, sign documents, reset password and other things

Reviewing, sending, and requesting documents using fax or mail

In charge of summary of treatment requests and keeps track of that request

Completing data entry and uploading documents in the clients’ files as required for new or existing clients

Conducting monthly insurances verifications

Is responsible to take minutes in office staff meetings and other as required, sort mail, conduct surveys and do the office inventory, among other duties as required

Ability to prioritize complete tasks within set time limits with a minimum of supervision

Ability to work within the organization of the agency and to follow and adhere to established agency procedures

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Office Administration or High School Diploma and at least 2 years’ experience in the medical field

Must have a strong customer service focus

Bilingual in Spanish and English
