Job Title: Commercial Accounts Administrator
Location: Hybrid or Remote – within Michigan

Summary of Position:
Cherry Republic’s Commercial Accounts Administrator is responsible for supporting clients and assisting the Wholesale team in the overall operation of outside/external account management.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Provides exceptional customer service and product knowledge to potential and existing Wholesale clients.
Serves as the main point of contact for returning Wholesale accounts.
Makes outbound calls to current customers to facilitate reorders
Follow-up calls regarding changing product information
Responsible for client-specific Wholesale order entry; including DFC order fulfillment.
Leads service recovery efforts in line with HEART methodology.
Processing / Reconciliation of incoming client issues.
Responsible for reconciliation of accounts receivable/billable for Wholesale depts.
Provides account status updates/ including business changes, challenges and opportunities to Sales Representative.
Builds relationships & sales with regular outgoing communications with account buyers.
Additional prospecting and materials formation support
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing professional customer service to clients.
Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze and interpret data with excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to read and analyze sales reports.
Mathematical Skills – Ability to calculate numbers and patterns when analyzing data.
Reasoning Ability – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to communicate issues accurately and thoroughly to all individuals involved.
Computer / Technical Skills- Proficient in Microsoft 365. Preferred knowledge of Shopify. Ability to learn internal inventory-based software, such as Acumatica.
Physical Requirements: This position requires long periods of sitting in a stationary position at a desk using a computer and screen(s), and other office equipment such as printers, scanners, phone, and keyboard over 80% of the time.
