Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Ahmedabad for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as administrative assistance, office equipment maintenance, communication with clients and vendors, customer service, and general office administration tasks.

Qualifications

Administrative assistance and office administration skills

Experience with office equipment such as printers and copiers

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is desirable

Experience in a similar role is a plus
