Arriva Translations is urgently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage our fast-paced, high-demand assignment calendar. This is a critical role where every minute counts, and your ability to communicate effectively and stay ahead of the game will directly impact our success. If you have a passion for efficiency, exceptional organizational skills, and can handle multiple priorities with precision, we want you on our team! This is a temp-to-hire position to be reviewed upon 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Take charge of a dynamic scheduling calendar, ensuring tight deadlines are met without exception.
Act fast in responding to clients and interpreters via phone, text, and email to ensure their needs are met immediately.
Ensure the accuracy of interpreter certifications in our database—no room for error.
Check-in interpreters promptly and ensure they’re fully prepared for their assignments each day.
Coordinate appointments flawlessly, constantly optimizing scheduling processes to keep operations running like clockwork.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication skills—you must be able to connect with clients and interpreters instantly, with professional urgency.
Flawless phone etiquette—make sure your responses are quick, effective, and clear.
Proven experience in scheduling and administrative support with a sense of urgency.
Ability to stay organized and on top of every detail, even under pressure.
Must be comfortable working independently and thrive in a remote setting, with the ability to meet fast-moving, time-sensitive demands.
A proactive mindset—no waiting around for things to happen, you’re already moving forward.
A team player, able to collaborate seamlessly, especially when things heat up.

You MUST be in the Pacific Time Zone and able to work from 10am – 7pm PT. Immediate start available!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,014.00 – $60,272.00 per year
