In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in clerical work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
