We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Finance and HR teams across multiple entities, including The Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic, and the UKI. What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of HR and finance processes. Your responsibilities will include:

HR Administration: Supporting local HR Business Partners with tasks such as employee record maintenance, managing the HR mailbox, preparing HR documents (e.g., contracts, offer letters, internal communications), and assisting with employee benefits administration.

Finance Administration: Assisting with accounts receivable and payable, processing bank transactions, and managing purchase and sales invoices.

Process Improvement: Helping to create or enhance administrative processes where needed.

Collaboration: Working closely with both HR and finance teams to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.

About You:

We are seeking individuals with a proactive mindset who are organized, adaptable, and eager to support both HR and finance operations. Ideally, you have:

Experience: Previous administrative experience (in HR, finance, customer service, or internships) is advantageous but not required.

Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.

Tech Proficiency: Experience with Excel and a willingness to learn new systems (e.g., Salesforce, Certinia).

Mindset: A hands-on approach, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Language Skills: Fluency in English and Dutch (this is essential).
