Position Summary:
Tec Centro York is seeking a reliable and organized Part-time evening Front Desk person to join our team, this individual will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support, including managing front desk operations, filing and maintaining office supplies.
Phone Calls: Reach out to students who are absent to follow up on their status and provide any necessary information.
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data in various systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and organized.
TABE Testing: Assist with the administration of TABE tests, including preparing materials, ensuring a conductive testing environment, and providing support to test-takers.
ORS System Management: Enter and update information in the ORS System, ensuring all data is current and reflects accurate student records.
Any additional duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
A strong knowledge of computer software applications is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish are required.
Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills
Highly organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
