Administrative Assistant I Jobs in Redding, CA at Partnership HealthPlan of California

Commercial Printing/Sign Company is searching for a motivated and driven individual to run our front office.

Duties include:

– Managing calendar/schedules, creating and managing work orders, communications with clients to ensure jobs go smoothly.

– Helping customers via phone, message and in person. You will be the one running the front desk so you are the person customers see and you will be their project manager.

– Work with vendors, ordering, and coordinating projects. Managing jobs that are in the work order system to make sure things are moving thru and getting completed.

– Manage email communication with clients regarding jobs

– Billing, invoicing, collecting and taking care of payments for jobs and managing open invoices.

– Light Graphics Design if possible

This position has the potential to grow into an Office/Project Manager type of role

Office Management Experience is necessary. We need more than someone to answer phones. We need to someone ton come in and elevate their surroundings and put systems into affect for better work flow.

1-3 years of SIGN shop experience is preferred, however we’ll train the industry if the person has the other office experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.81 – $31.61 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
