Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Schedules meetings and manages complex calendars for team members.

Submits business expenses and coordinates travel arrangements.

Plans and executes internal and external events to foster collaboration and enhance client relationships.

Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.

Tracks and keeps information relative to business operations.

Composes and distributes meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.

Creates and maintains spreadsheets for tracking purposes.

Orders and ensures adequate and appropriate supplies are available for the department.

Assists with various administrative tasks as needed and supports employees on-site.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

Ability to demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and good judgment.

Demonstrates a commitment to delivering high-quality work and takes responsibility for mistakes.

Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field required.

No service experience required, 1+ years of administrative experience preferred.

Systems & Technology

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Salary: $50,000.00- $75,000.00 per year

Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position.
