Responsibilities.
The Moore Law Group is seeking an on-site HR Administrative Assistant to support our HR team with a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks, including posting job ads, updating the HR database, and processing employee requests. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Talent Acquisition – conducts recruitment efforts for non-exempt roles; interviews candidates for employment; conducts new-employee orientations; write and advertises job opening on Indeed
Training – Coordinates and provides assistance to area leaders with the development and delivery of training programs
Advocate – Viewed as an Employee Advocate who voices employee concerns to managers and ensures fair and equitable treatment to all employees
HR Administrator – prepares and maintains employment records, pay changes, promotions, terminations and other employment activities; supports and administers employee recognition programs and oversees progressive discipline process for hourly employees; assists with and prepares changes in employment status, terminations, time-off request, documentation and compliance, etc.
Performs various employee relation duties; investigates and address employee relations issues
Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Maintain Employee Handbook and write policies as required
Support staff in creating policies, procedures, and work instructions
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Previous experience in a law firm or the legal field is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively while maintaining focus and organization.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain professionalism in diverse situations.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. This position involves sitting most of the time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and color vision in reading a computer monitor. Clear speech is needed to communicate on the telephone.

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
