Job Duties

Greet and assist employees and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Direct individuals to the appropriate HR staff.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist with onboarding processes, including scheduling orientations and preparing new hire paperwork.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR files are accurate and up to date.
Process HR-related requests such as employment verifications and complete PSLF forms.
Assist with HR projects and events as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems (preferred).
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Additional Considerations

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR or a related field.
