Job Position: Administrative Lead & Sales
We are looking for the right team member to take Lead in our Administration and Sales Department, running front-office administration and supporting sales-discovery-calls. In this position you are front-facing in our company–fielding incoming messages and emails, talking with incoming callers, from client leads, to trainee leads, to partner leads, and fielding other opportunities that come in. You will walk each caller through the discovery, purchase, and enrollment process and handle all things administrative. It is a very hands-on role for someone who wants a full-time job and career with Being True To You. We have a part-time sales closer, and another seasonal sales person. We need someone to fill the head of administration. This position requires up to full-time employment, Monday-Friday standard work hours. Compensation will be hourly, with added sales commission incentives.
Position Roles:
Host weekly meetings with sales team
Maintain standard operating procedures
Field main office emails and messages
Offer support services to anyone who calls in
Field daily administrative tasks
Nourish relationships with leads
Sell trainings/coaching packages
Enroll new members in their product
Match new clients to a coach or program
Support quality assurance and lasting results
Re-sign clients for additional coaching plans
Collect testimonials and feedback
Keep excellent notes and track data
Qualifications:
Smartphone and laptop in good condition
Strong communication and social skills
Active listening and attention to detail
Excellent executive functioning and organizational skills
Experience in sales and administration
Proficiency in phone communication, note-taking, and typing
Self-motivated, diligent, and able to manage tasks independently
Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and a team player
Ability to follow ethical and legal guidelines
Tech-savvy; quick to learn and navigate different software systems
Passion for coaching and supporting others
Compassionate, patient, and skilled in relationship-building
