Administrative Assistant: Administrative assistant will work closely with the CEO and management. Assistant will assist with whatever is needed. Duties can include preparing reports, answering the phone, organizing the office, ordering supplies, make travel arrangements and maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, and posting transactions, scheduling, driving to retrieve payments or run around, responding to email correspondances or assiting with day to day operations.

Developing Standards, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Reporting Research Results, Data Entry Skills, Accounting, SFAS Rules, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Thoroughness and Quickbooks software knowledge. Oral and Written Communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

Las Vegas, NV 89118 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

Las Vegas, NV 89118: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
