Administrative Sales Order Processor

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Sales Order Processor to play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and efficient lead times. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer phone calls/emails and processing daily sales orders. This position requires a high level of accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Answer customer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance regarding products and orders.
Order Processing: Accurately process daily sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and orders are entered into the system efficiently.
Quota Achievement: Meet daily sales order processing quotas and contribute to the overall lead time efficiency.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

2 years of order processing and customer service is a plus.
Familiar with QuickBooks or similar accounting/order processing software.

Position offers a competitive salary between $20-$25 per hour and a set schedule of Monday to Friday.
