Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized, and independent individual to handle the day-to-day administrative duties including filing, copying, faxing, scanning, data entry, etc. The Administrative Assistant will utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer along with other tools to complete tasks.
Essential Functions
Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, scanning and filing.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
Create and track sales contract opportunities in CRM
Assist with service turn up and decommission items as needed
Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Accurate & timely completion of daily, weekly, monthly tasks as assigned.
The incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as apparent or assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Coordination Experience is a plus
Audit and Review of managed services contracts and contract related documentation
Drafting, auditing, and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLA); includes addendums, renewals and decommissioning agreements
Work Schedule and Arrangement
Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PPM Pacific Time (Night Shift Manila Time)
Temporary Homebased, Eastwood Quezon City Office
