We are currently looking for anAdministrative Assistantto join our team. The role is part-time on a 4-hours working day.

Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:

Support the assigned management team by attending meetings as assistant to the department head and producing minutes;

Responsible for contractor paymentс documentation with vendors;

Coordinate calendars, people, tasks, and projects for the assigned management team;

Manage team communication through dedicated channels by preparing necessary details and informative materials;

Facilitate meetings and teleconferences;

Host colleagues and clients during visits – transportation, lunch/dinner;

Manage systems for projects and tasks;

Ensure the proper level of cooperation and coordination with the site facility and administration project management team concerning relevant project initiation, implementation, and successful closure;

Support locally initiated administrative and other projects execution in an engaged team;

Maintain proper communication with all relevant stakeholders, respecting the different needs, audiences, and matters and preventing information gaps and avoidable confusion;

Additional administrative tasks as requested.

Document translation (English – Bulgarian and reverse)

Comply with company rules and procedures and stay informed about their updates

Qualifications

What you are expected to bring:

Typically: 1+ years of experience in Administrative or related role;

Very good written and spoken English;

Experience with Outlook and MS Office;

Strong affinity to structure, order, and aesthetics;

Pro-activity.
