Duties
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Sort, distribute, and send mail and packages

Greet visitors at the front desk and provide excellent customer service.
Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
Support office management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
Proven experience in an office environment is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations.
Strong attention to detail for proofreading and administrative tasks.
