Overview
We are looking for an organized, curious, proactive team member that enjoys running with multiple types of projects, interested in problem-solving, and excited to join a mission-led, fast-growing, fast-paced company in the wellness space.
This individual will be primarily working with the CEO and COO. Responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Telomere Exec Team, tasks will vary based on business objectives and needs. They will range from administrative support, marketing support and operations support. This position must be committed to completing a wide variety of tasks independently with strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through. This position is expected to understand the team priorities, and support both the CEO and COO in maximizing time and focus.
Job Specifications
Fully remote
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round

Job Responsibilities
Operations
Report to and partner with the COO to accomplish day-to-day business deliverables
Maintain company performance tracker and metrics
Update and upkeep the company SOPs
Streamline processes and improve overall company performance
Maintain client dashboards
Marketing
Be comfortable assisting other team members with various tasks as resources are needed to include: email and blog copywriting and design, social media captions, website updates, and meeting notes
Create presentations for webinars and other events, as well as other ad-hoc marketing materials
Website updates and company case studies
Telomere marketing support: including email communication, landing pages and IG engagement
Admin
Complete administrative tasks as identified
Provide efficient and prompt support with calendar scheduling, management, and availability requests for CEO and COO
Create proposals for prospective clients
In charge of new client onboarding
Organize and maintain client and business files
Research new client prospects and prospecting opportunities
Support with ad-hoc client needs

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years’ experience supporting a C-Suite executive preferred
Getting stuff done skills: critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, collaboration and leadership, and professionalism with a sense of humor
Highly proficient in Google suite of services
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be flexible, resourceful, and demonstrate excellent time management skills
Experience supporting a Marketing, Sales or Communications senior level function preferred
Experience in the wellness industry preferred
