Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant/Property Support position located in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves providing administrative support to the Director of multi family operations and the onsite property management team, including, but not limited to, answering phones, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and responding to tenant inquiries. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating property maintenance and repairs, assessing property needs, and ensuring that vendors are meeting all contractual obligations, property site inspections, assisting in Acquistion take overs

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

Structured and able to work without direction

Clerical skills, including organizing files and scheduling appointments

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience in property management or related field is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Due to the nature of the position, the candidate must be able to pass a background and credit check, have reliable transportation.
