Overview:

The Payer Portal Administrator is responsible for supporting various teams in Tactile have access to their assigned payer portals.
Responsibilities:
Completing applications via online or paper forms required for registering Tactile access to health plan provider web portals
Completing forms and documents related to health plan web portal access, security policies
Maintain listing of all Tactile registered health plans portals and employees who are assigned access for those web portals
Portals are either Administrator-managed and or individually self-registered under Tactile Medical Tax ID / NPI
Conduct research upon request from other Tactile Departments to provide access to employees for newly needed health plan portals
Perform Maintenance: adding new user accounts, auditing accounts (deleting accounts no longer active), reactivating dormant accounts, resetting passwords
Troubleshooting issues via Health Plan Web Support or when needed Tactile Internal IT Department
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required:
High School degree
Knowledge & Skills
Must be a detail oriented, highly self-motivated, team player
Strong knowledge of Outlook and Excel
Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Excellent attention to detail, time management, project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships and maintain rapport cross-functionally and with external customers
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
High level of integrity and ethics, able to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
