Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Oversee front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in an orderly manner for easy access.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Requirements
Proven experience in office management or a similar role with strong organizational skills.
Excellent team management abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration among staff members.
Proficiency in file management systems and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Exceptional front desk etiquette with excellent phone communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
