This role is integral in supporting our finance, compliance, and legal teams, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This position starts on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent after three months, offering a hybrid work schedule to promote work-life balance. Role HighlightsHybrid Work Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Mondays and Fridays, with onsite work from Tuesday through Thursday.

Work Hours: Full-time from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and monitor finance and compliance policies, ensuring adherence and efficiency.

Prepare and deliver regular finance and compliance reports to clients on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Manage and reconcile corporate credit card statements, aligning them with invoices and receipts.

Maintain a comprehensive list of deliverables for clients and service providers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Assist in the preparation of quarterly client invoices using QuickBooks, enhancing billing efficiency.

Support communication by answering phone calls, triaging them appropriately, and serving as a backup receptionist when needed.

Ideal Candidate ProfileA minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the financial sector.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, highlighting a strong educational background.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reports efficiently.

Compensation And BenefitsA competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
