Job Summary

Serve as primary point of operational contact between varying departments, vendors, and external constituents. Oversee and perform a wide variety of administrative and program support activities for efficient day-to-day management of functional unit. Manage projects to keep efficiencies streamlined and communication fluid. Achieve goals in support of mission and vision of functional department and Georgia Southern University.

Responsibilities
Coordinate staff support services to meet goals and deadlines
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external groups
Interpret, monitor and analyze information regarding operating policies and procedures
Manage budgets
Train team members in new processes and procedures
Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma

Required Experience

One(1) or more years of related work experience
Proposed Salary

$20.71 – $25.88 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
