Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Chapel Hill, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (Days)
Compensation: $850 per week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our team in Chapel Hill, NC. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and assisting with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and leadership
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation as needed
Maintain confidential records and ensure data accuracy
Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1+ years of administrative or office coordination experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
