Administrative Assistant to Director of Property Management Jobs in Jenkintown, PA at THE GALMAN GROUP
Provide administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and CNO (C-Suite) including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for the C-Suite.
Act as a liaison between the C-Suite and other hospital departments, assisting in the flow of information and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain the medical staff credentialing process for all healthcare providers, ensuring credentials are up-to-date and compliant with hospital and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with medical staff and department heads to gather necessary documentation for credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
Prepare and submit credentialing applications and updates to the MRC, Board and Credentialing Service as required.
Track and manage expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and other credentialing requirements.
Maintain accurate and confidential records related to medical staff credentialing and other administrative functions.
Assist in organizing hospital events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
Respond to inquiries from internal and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
Support other administrative functions as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the hospital administration.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of medical staff credentialing processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with hospital staff, medical providers, and external partners.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with credentialing software or databases is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
A proactive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
