We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to join our team in our fine jewelry store. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the store. Candidate must have strong communication skills and present themselves in professional manner with clients. Must be able to multi-task and manage priorities of the store throughout the work day. Our business is ever changing throughout the day and this positions requires the ability to easily handle that type of work environment.

Duties
Answering phones in a professional and personable manner with our clients.
Perform data entry to log client jobs and sales and update client information (training will be provided for our software program)
Follow up with client phone calls regarding the status of their job.
Assist in organizing the daily workload for client repairs
Handle logging, tagging and displaying inventory
Providing inventory reports, reorders, and tracking new orders
Answering emails
Assist with social media follow up
Manage supplies both for the back office and salesfloor
Shipping and tracking packages, as well as handling incoming packages
Assist with vendor follow up regarding ongoing projects or orders
Assist with preparation of store events and during event
Assist with advertising, mailings and updating client contact information
Skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to communicate with clients in a professional and personable manner
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Flexibility in learning and implementing new tasks related to our industry
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Experience using Microsoft Office products
Ability to troubleshoot
