Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Administrator, is responsible for performing administrative assistant duties in the daily operations of the school office. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Salary Range: $30.78 – $34.77/hour Level D Office Personnel per 2024-25 Public School Employees Salary Schedule. (Anticipated salary increase effective September 1, 2025.)
Above pay rates do not inculde holiday and pay in lieu of vacation, which increases the hourly compensation.
Work Schedule:
Start Date: August 6, 2025
Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Paid Hours: 8.0 hours per day
Lunch Break: 30-minutes unpaid break
Calendar: 10 months/year, Enjoy time off during spring break, winter break and summer, plus 11 paid holidays.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Business training and/or three years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience including computer literacy, budget analysis or fiscal management and records maintenance.
Office experience in a similar position is preferred.
Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.
