Hiring: Full-Time Remote Scheduling Coordinator at Arriva Translations

Arriva Translations is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to take charge of our assignment calendar and ensure seamless operations. This pivotal role involves swift communication with clients, proactive administrative support, and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize the assignment calendar to meet tight deadlines
Communicate promptly and effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met via phone, text, and email
Maintain interpreter information in our database to ensure that certifications are accurate and up-to-date
Check-in interpreters for their daily assignments
Coordinate appointments with precision, optimizing our scheduling processes
Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in phone etiquette, capable of engaging clients swiftly and effectively
Strong appointment scheduling and administrative skills
Outstanding organizational abilities with a focus on urgency
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting time-sensitive demands
Proven experience in customer service with a proactive approach
Team player mindset, ready to collaborate under pressure
You must live in the Pacific Time Zone
Working hours are 10am – 7pm PT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
