Location: New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, typically Tuesday & Wednesday, with additional onsite days as needed)

Duration: 6-month contract (Leave of Absence Coverage)

Pay: $21.80–$29.95/hr.

Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to 2–3 Market Managers in the NY Buying Office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, calendar management, travel coordination, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily operations and executive priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for Market Managers.
  • Arrange domestic travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, visitor schedules, and team events, including logistics, materials, and on-site support.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Maintain organized files, trackers, and administrative processes while supporting office operations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, handling confidential requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support special projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience providing executive or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and expense management systems.
