Job Description
Responsibilities: Develop a range of administrative processes and provide administrative support and data processing to allow for the efficient running of the business. Prepare more complex reports, agendas, minutes of meetings, and tailored letters and emails for approval by a chief executive. Arrange venues, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for participants arriving from various locations to ensure the smooth running of medium-scale events. Develop medium- or long-term work schedules that enable the organization to achieve its business goals. Involves coordinating across multiple teams. Develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of internal communications with guidance from senior colleagues. Ensure the management of several document streams by working with a company-wide document management system. Write and edit material for various target populations, tailoring the tone and content to match the needs and expectations of each audience. Oversee an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues. Could involve responsibility for development or delivery (or both). Manage important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues, or oversee relationship management with a group of more transactional clients and customers. Act as a business partner to important internal customers and manage relationships with them, while taking guidance from senior colleagues. Take responsibility for developing and delivering a key element of the organization’s data management system. Manage and deliver required service levels for a portfolio of facilities services under the leadership of more senior colleagues. Skills: Uses comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while providing guidance and training to others on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives. Acts as the organization’s authority and established expert on understanding and using standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes. Uses a comprehensive understanding of numerical concepts to perform mathematical operations such as report analysis independently while providing guidance and training to others.
