An international, Geneva-based organisation operating in the healthcare sector is looking for a highly organised and proactive dmistrative and accounting assistant to support its day-to-day activities.
This is a unique opportunity to join a small, dynamic, and purpose-driven environment with an international scope.
Your responsibilities will include :
Finance & bookkeeping coordination
- Managing invoicing, payment follow-up, and financial tracking
- Supporting budgeting and reporting activities
- Coordinating with external partners (accounting, payroll, bank)
Administrative coordination
- Preparing internal documents and supporting reporting processes
- Coordinating meetings, logistics, and internal activities
Office management
- Overseeing office operations, suppliers, and general enquiries
- Ensuring efficient and well-organised administrative systems
Executive & HR support
- Supporting senior management with agenda and travel coordination
- Assisting with HR administration (onboarding, documentation, follow-up)
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (administration + finance)
- Diploma in accounting for SMEs or experience in accounting support
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Rigouros and Autonomous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (mandatory) with good level of French (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Based in Switzerland with a valid work permit
