Position
– Department Coordinator / Administrative Coordinator

Location
– Hoffman Estates, IL
-Hybrid 3 days onsite only

Duration- 05 Months contract (High Possibility to extend)

Responsibilities

Scheduling: Aid in scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating with team members and clients to ensure availability.

Calendar Management: Organizing and prioritizing the calendar, including meetings, appointments, meeting management: attendance, documentation, action items, and follow-up.

Expense Reports: filling out expense reports and attaching receipts.

Interview/Hiring Coordination: coordinating calendars with the interviewing team and HR. Including contractor interviews.

Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process for new team members and contractors. (ordering equipment, securing credentials, setting up introductions, meet with employee to review this company policy and procedures, ordering corp cards etc)

Data Update and tracking: Maintaining excel spreadsheets, Sharepoint sites

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.

Previous administrative experience is preferred 3-5 years.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
