Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team at M-Tech Systems. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative and operational activities that support People Operations, Office Operations, and cross-functional business initiatives. This role serves as the operational backbone for day-to-day administration, project coordination, workplace management, and employee support processes. The position ensures administrative excellence through effective coordination, process execution, documentation management, vendor administration, and office operations while supporting organizational priorities.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Essential responsibilities include and functions of the Administrative Coordinator are:
Business & People Operations
- Coordinate administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding.
- Support payroll processing by preparing, validating, and submitting employee changes and required documentation.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
Office Operations
- High internal satisfaction with office operations, facilities, and administrative support.
- Coordinate office facilities, vendors, supplies, maintenance, and workplace services.
- Support office budgets, purchase requests, and administrative processes.
Project & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Director by supporting projects and maintaining project documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional operational projects and follow up on deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 3-5 year of experience in administrative operations, office management, people operations, or business support.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ERP or payroll system is preferred.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish with beginner or intermediate English communication skills.
