Job Title: Administrative Lead.
Location: Thrive Senior Living.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Reports To: Business Office Director.

Job Summary:

Thrive Senior Living is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Lead to oversee front desk operations and provide essential administrative support. This full-time role is responsible for resident and visitor check-ins, business office assistance, recruitment coordination, and maintaining team member credentials, ensuring smooth daily operations within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk, ensuring all residents, visitors, and vendors check in and out properly.
Assist the Business Office with ordering supplies, processing monthly billing, and scheduling appointments.
Support recruitment efforts, including posting job listings, scheduling interviews, and completing pre-screening for new hires.
Oversee new hire documentation and filing, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant.
Maintain team member credentials, tracking expiration dates and ensuring renewals are completed on time.
Update and maintain the resident census, including resident and family contact information.
Assist in new hire orientation to help onboard new team members.
Help oversee the front desk operations team and schedules, ensuring proper coverage and no gaps.
Provide general administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and compliance with policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or senior living operations preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Availability to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
