Office Admin Support Specialist

We’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Office Administrator and IT Support Specialist, playing a crucial role in the smooth operation of our parks.

Position Summary:

The Office Admin Support Specialist will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks and providing occasional assistance with social media and marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive, resourceful individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for technology and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Office management, taking calls, making appointments, scheduling events, scheduling service calls making reservations etc.

Oversee office management and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage appointment scheduling, event planning, and reservations.
Coordinate service calls and vendor appointments as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement processes.

Occasional Marketing Support:

Assist with social media content creation and posting as needed.
Provide support for marketing campaigns, promotions, and event marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects when required.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing practices is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
