Our client, a top Ivy League University is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Cambridge, MA!

**This is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits**

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of a Student Life Office as well as coordinating programs, projects, or events.

Responsibilities:

Serves as the main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, academic collaborators

Prepares and maintains records, reports, budget, and plans

May maintain a web page, website, or program materials

Greet visitors and answer general questions about the office, mission, values as well as handle inventory/upkeep office supplies

Schedule space reservations, events, and/or virtual meetings as needed

Compile relevant events and information to distribute through Offices’ weekly newsletter

Desired Skills:

2+ years of related experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction

Able to plan, prioritize, and track work

Basic or better proficiency with common office software
