NeCo Seed is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Those with prior experience maintaining inventory and intermodal transports/ truck dispatch are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities (Identified as major areas, not all inclusive)
Maintain a professional image and attitude.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of office documents and files.
Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide support in office management tasks, ensuring a well-organized workspace.
Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Excel for document creation and spreadsheets.
Offer customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain integrity of all inventory and accounting processes.
Assist with intermodal transportation and freight billing for domestic and overseas transportation.
Maintain compliance, conducting annual and as needed documentation for reporting requirements.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Knowledge in bookkeeping and account reconciliation Required.
Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Google Suite applications.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time in a quiet work environment.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues professionally.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
