The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations. This position requires proficiency in applications such as Webex, Outlook, and QuickBooks. This is a part-time position, with a competitive salary.
Responsibilities
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist with data entry.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Support office management tasks including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Skills
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
High level of computer literacy with familiarity in office software applications.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is an advantage.
