Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Maintain organized office files and records, contributing to efficient office management.
Support clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Assisting with Accounts Payable duties.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a front desk or personal assistant role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Familiarity with office management practices and administrative procedures.
