Description
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and Welcome Guests: Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
2. Answer and Forward Calls: Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the relevant department or individual.
3. Manage Mail: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
4. Maintain Office Security: Monitor and control access to the office, ensuring visitor badges are issued as needed.
5. Administrative Support: Assist with basic inquiries, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
6. Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with visitors and colleagues.
2. Customer Service Skills: A friendly and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues.
3. Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
4. Proficiency in Office Software: Familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar position is preferred.
Salary

$18 – $20 per hour
