Our client is a research-based American biopharmaceutical company looking for an Administrative Coordinator (Remote) in Egypt.
JOB TITLE: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Remote Role in Egypt (Can be based anywhere in Egypt)
Work Timings: follow the KSA time zone
Work schedule: 40 hours, 5 days a week (Sunday-Thursday)
Specific Responsibilities:
- Provides administration support to brand team.
- Maintains attendance schedules, booking facilities and liaising with the brand team.
- Raises purchase orders and track them.
- Produces fairly routine monthly reports on team expenditures versus budget.
- Co-ordinates approval process for promotional materials and literature.
- Coordinates basic promotional/non-promotional material with external agencies
- Position may include routine activities, such as word/excel processing, answering calls, creating power point presentations, assembling reports.
- Participates in the production and co-ordination of the development and design of promotional/non-promotional exhibition items, advertisements, and scientific materials.
- Assist in the co-ordination of business conferences or projects.
- Co-ordinate team effort for organization of all congresses, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinates Marketing department budgeting process that includes product purchase order requests and monthly variance reports for GM Saudi.
- Drive and handle projects/events with guidance from manager and team members.
- Prepares and distributes communication to employees across Saudi entity.
- Prepare routine market research data if needed.
- Able to travel with the team to provide on-site support for big meetings/projects, if needed.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. Proficient in English.
- Communication skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing.
- Must have good experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders is required.
- Excellent task management skills– planning, prioritization, objective setting, meeting management and plan execution is required.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards is a plus.
- Has the ability to provide a pro-active involvement in conference planning, budgeting, and approval process.
