Position Summary
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Bucharest.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their professional career or with initial experience in administration, customer service, office support, or coordination. We are not looking for extensive industry experience – instead, we are looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and eager to develop their skills within an international business environment.
In this role, you will support administrative and operational activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate information between teams, and help ensure that day-to-day processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to operational teams and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update records, databases, trackers, and documentation.
- Ensure information is accurate, complete, and entered into systems in a timely manner.
- Assist with preparing reports and monitoring key administrative activities.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Support contract and supplier administration processes.
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing information.
- Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, support, customer service, or similar role.
- Recent graduates with internship or placement experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
