Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Update and maintain office policies and procedures
– Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
– Provide general support to visitors

Experience:
– Experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Skills:
– Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
– Experience as a medical receptionist is preferred but not required
– Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
– Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
