Job Title: Sales Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Biggin Hill
Hours:
Monday to Saturday (5 days per week, with one day off in the week)
Pay: 12.70 per hour
Key Responsibilities
– Providing administrative support to the sales team
– Processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
– Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
– Updating and maintaining customer records on internal systems/CRM
– Preparing quotes, invoices, and sales documentation
– Coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and accounts
– Handling general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
– Always ensuring excellent customer service
Key Skills & Experience
– Previous experience in a sales administration or office support role
– Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
– Confident communicator, both written and verbal
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
